The main focus of the company is offering services in the field of preliminary investigation, plan-ning, tendering & awarding, legal proceedings, documentation of construction works and geotech-nical testing. The engineering geological services offered – also as subcontractor – include surface mapping and subsurface exploration, as well as geological-geotechnical data processing for tunnel and cavern, mass movement, dam and power plant constructions, etc. The service includes all necessary actions required to reach a defined goal.

GEOLOGY

For underground projects, geological, hydrogeological and geomechanical data are required at the beginning of the planning stage. The most important services provided by us are: classical geological and structural mapping, in-depth exploration including planning of drillings, hydrogeological investigations, and more. The goal is the development and derivation of a project-specific geological-hydrogeological model.

ENGINEERING GEOLOGY

In engineering geology, the interactions between the ground and tunnel constructions, cut-and-fill excavations or building and dam foundations as well as geologically risky areas such as mass movements are investigated and documented. This specialist field closely cooperates with applied geology, geotechnical engineering, hydrogeology and geophysics.

GEOTECHNICAL INSTRUMENTATION and MONITORING

In geotechnical engineering, instrumentation and monitoring data are used to record, document and interpret the effects of natural processes and technical interventions on and in the ground. Different measuring systems, software applications and interpretation solutions are used.

SITE SUPERVISION

The site supervision accompanies and supervises the construction activities in underground projects or earthworks. The scope of the service provided includes the supervision of tunnel excavation works, including the correct installation of support measures, as well as assuring a safe construction.
